Our Pre-season Parent Meeting typically happens in late April/Early May prior to Spring Practice.
In the past, we have held the meeting in a multi-purpose room or the gym, utilizing a PPT presentation. The boosters have tables set up with balloons and volunteer sign up sheets for committees and duties.
Each parent is handed a parent information sheet which includes their contact information, volunteer opportunities (they check boxes), and their hopes and goals for the season for their child.

Values/Success
Parents and family members play a critical role in the student athlete's support system.
Voice belief in the child's ability to succeed. Encourage a "can-do attitude."
Encourage the mental skills training at home.
Talk to them about their goals for practice, how well they did, allow them to reflect, and listen to them about how they think they can improve.
Consistently talk about living with a Championship Attitude and Serving Others in all that they do.
Success is becoming the best version of ourselves possible. It's the journey and the present state of mind that is the most important thing. Don't dwell on final outcomes. Dwell on the process.
BE POSITIVE, BE A GREAT LISTENER, ENCOURAGE

Buy-IN Coaches and Boosters
Be a part of our COMMUNITY, our TEAM
Our TEAM will first and foremost be an accepting community that stands on a solid foundation: inclusiveness, authentic connectedness, and belonging.
"Community" and its Latin roots literally means "to gift one another."
Our TEAM will be a nurturing, caring community that will provide the social and emotional nutrients our players need to grow, develop, connect, and contribute.
Great Communities don't just "happen," just like Great Families don't just happen. We need to work at it.
It is the result of hard, diligent, and intentional work.
In order to sustain a healthy TEAM, honest truth-telling, perseverance, and courage are required.
The most important elements of our TEAM are affection and love.
We BELONG to each other; We NEED each other; We AFFECT each other.
