I recently started a new blog, Pragmatic Coaching (www.pragmaticcoaching.org), revolved around the science of coaching. This blog takes on a little bit of a different approach, as it does not focus on X's and O's, but instead how we can become better at our actual craft.
The goal is to offer a few of my own ideas, but to feature coaches around the country and share practical and research-based methodologies.
