We are installing the 3-4 as our every down defense this year and I was looking for some rule help. I would like to keep the OLB's as contain and not have the SS or FS coming down and containing. With that what would be the path of the FS/SS if they were to roll down in cover 3 and still be the alley player? Also if we were in cover 3 rolling strong and the offense ran QB bootleg/waggle who would be the force player on the weak side?
