We find it very important for our QB candidates to be what we call "FOOTBALL JUNKIES" (The Great Ones Are)
1. The QB, more than any other position, needs to LOVE THE GAME. The other players will feed off his enthusiasm to play ball.
2. Loves to throw. Like shooting baskets. "Let's go throw some". When you have free time, you are looking for someone to whom to throw.
3. Always a positive demeanor. Whether it's about practice, workouts, games, or meetings. Don't be fake.
Other things we look for in QB's = Do Your Job, Completions (the bottom line), Have Common Sense, and Take Care of the Football.
