Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
Since the Texas UIL has allowed schools to offer strength and conditioning programs during the summer, I am interested on how some of the coaches in Texas who are having success with this program have it structured. Our summer program is not where we believe it needs to be and we want to determine what sort of things we need to consider in order to improve it. Would appreciate any input. pdow
In total agreement with Coach Campbell, the sooner the better. Summer vacations planned by parents are not a thing to be toyed with! That is a sure fire way to get in the dog house! Whatever schedule you arrive at, it won't satisfy everyone. But by working together with them, as much as is possible, will get you a lot of support. You need the young athlete working on summer conditioning, but his parents need him as part of their vacation plans. In trying to get the job done, from both perspectives, try not to become to dogmatic. These kids today are alot different than kids of even 10 years ago, and you can't cut your nose off to spite your face, if you get my drift. Remember, you catch more flies with honey, than you do with vinegar. Good luck.
