Stack I set in wing t

I would like to run a stack I set in our wing t offense. Has any one done this. I think it would be a great short yardage set. I read an article that Tubby Raymond wrote where they first lined up in the stack I and then shifted into the formation. They used the TE as the upback. Just wondering if anyone has any insight on this.
