Yeah the problem would be the center being 1 on 1 with the nose guard, which is always a big risk. That is what I don't like about fanning, I think sliding from the first uncovered lineman is the way to go for this front with the back double reading playside.

Northstang what would you tell the guard and tackle playside to do when the blitz threat drops into coverage?? Help inside??

Also if I see a blitz threat on the backside of a play (potential 4 weak blitz) I might check to see if any recievers are uncovered or check to a 3 step pass. This would only be on 1st or 2nd down. What do you think Northstang??

Coach Campbell i would like to hear your take on how to block the defense I described above?? Remember the guys outside the 4 or 5 techs. are blitz threats.
