wow, an actual te coach. te's are a tough position because they need to be ol and wr's. i'd say get as much ol stuff in as possible. if they can catch, they're te's. i'd take a blocking te over a catching te. before and after practice is the time to work on stuff they're not getting in practice. even though they don't get the attention they deserve, i think te's are ultra-important.
