The FB iso to trips (with the tight slot folding in the b gap) has been a steady play for us, especially when Defense shades weak to stop the IV weak, but it's tought to account for the OB in the 4-3 look, except for running an occasional QB keep off of it to keep him honest. I was thinking today that if you motioned in your middle slot to yard or two away from the Tight slot (which we do on a few pass plays anyway to use some bunch principles) and run the FB iso with the motioning slot running pop pass type route that you could read the OB. if he stays soft give it to the FB, if he plays hard on the iso pull it and hit the pop pass, Should be able to hit the pop before the FS and SS pursue into it. What do you guys think?
