Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
Seems like several of our opponents have gone to the 3-5 (3-3 stack) this year. Since it will be the first time we've faced it I would like to know what has been successful for other coaches. We run spread and I formations. I have some ideas but I'd like to get ahead of the learning curve by knowing what has worked for other HS coaches. Thanks. Bill

Bill something I do vs 30 fronts especially the 30 stack is to give our oppoent no TE and run the inside veer if you are talking the option game. Coach Campbell
Vs. a 30 stack w/ nose and 4's, would you convert to a load option scheme or try to run the inside veer at it. If the load, would you duece/combo to the Mike and pitch off the OLB stacked over the 4?
The 3-5 is very susceptible to bubble screens. The way we have done it is out of a trips formation, throwing it to the #3 receiver. We let the outside man crack block the "spur" and the #2 lead around to the corner. Also, any kind of vertical passing concept is good. You just have to make sure you can protect if they start sending those stacks.
