When running the inside zone from a one back offense and using the near ear rule to push from 1st to 2nd level, where does the ace back aim to attack on the line of scrimmage and when does he know if he should cut it outside or cut it back behind the pursuit?

Coach the inside zone will be pushed vertically, with the tailback drop steping and aiming for the outside hip of the 3 tech. the QB opens up at a 45 degree angle then gets the ball as deep as possible to the TB. The Tailback drop steps to help the QB get it to him deeper. Coach CAmpbell
But how does the RB know if he needs to hit it outside or cut back inside? Obviously the OT and OG would deuce combo the 3 tech to playside linebacker but where would the RB cut it if you also have a 1 tech on the weakside?

Coach you ant to trey base to the play side vs a 3 to a 7 tech. The Tailback will read the playside Lber for cut back. If the LBer flows over the top of the 3 tech. he then cuts backside. Coach CAmpbell
