Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
Coaches, my team runs the stack 3-3 and we are still trying to figure out all our adjustments. this week we play an option team that runs midline out of the dbl wing and aces formation, otherwise known in md as the Navy set. They also run the midline and veer out of a Pro I formation as well. From the Pro I formation, they will run iso or power (w/o guard scheme) to te side and then boot away. How would you defend this? We have previously told our spur/bandit that on rollouts to force/contain the qb and allow the luke/rob backer to play flats...what do you think?
