Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
We are playing a school this week that has dominated are league for years. They run a 6-1 with straight man in the secondary. After reading your manuals I know that load option is a good play. Is there any thing else we can do to keep this team off balance? There defensive linemen are in 1 tech, there ends are in 5 tech, and there outside lb's are walked up in a 9. There backers are in the B-gap. They basically say that there bigger and stronger and faster and will sit in this look all game. We are thinking of spreading them out with formations. Any thoughts?? Any plays??

Slot your tight end and run the inside veer also vs the 6-1 the midline becomes a good play also. Spread the 6-1 out and also thorw the ball. Coach CAmpbell
Thanks Coach Campbell. When you slot your TE how far? With this formation do you run strong or weak side inside veer? If strong does the slot TE block an alley player??

Coach the two back gun can be several differen types of plays as long as you let the QB read the EMLOS on the backside. The backside of the play called would be a speed option play. Coach CAmpbell
In one of your responses to this question you mentioned that the midline is a good play vs. the 6-2. I bought your video on the midline option and you mentioned on the film that you only run the midline to the 3 tech. side. How would you run it vs. the 6-2 if both DT's are in a 1 tech.
Run play action(dive pass to the flats, and boot). We will also run our counter trap with a scheme where we base out the three technique while folding the guard and center up to the mlb.
