COACH CAMPBELL I/S ZONE HELP

Looking at running i/s zone like you teach it against a 50 weak eagle which is no problem,but at times they give us a n/3/9 w 2 backers and a 6-1 w/2/5/9 1 backer. How would you blok the i/s zone to the last 2 defenses. Thanks
