Go to a twins look. This will force them to adjust to something other than cover two. If they say in cover tow one receiver will be uncovered, If they play the 5-3 they have to walk a backer out of the box. Inside veer, belly, and outside veer would be my choice. If you run load option well it is a good play as well. If they adjust to your twins, you should be able to attack with lots of offensive choices bak to the tightend side.
