I have dabbled with having #1 run a post and have #2 run a post to flag and #2 is usually open.

We run a play, where the inside guy runs right up to the inside shoulder of the near Safety (we mostly face cover-2), the outside guy runs as hard downfield, and cuts (like a speed out) 90° inside at 8-10 yards. If you cannot hit the quick strike (dump pass) to the Flanker, than the SE has to be open!
