Gentlemen, I am building my budget for the coming year and would like some help. Just so you know where I am coming from. This year was our first, yes a start up program, and supported totally by our football committee/fundraisers. The budget I present at the end of the month will be the first football budget ever, nothing to build off. This can be positive or negative depending on how things are approached. I would like any helpful hints or pointers in regards to budget requests and presentation methods. Examples of budgets from fellow coaches would be helpful. Please-"Ask yourselves how would you present your budget if your school committee/board had never seen one before?" and give me any ideas. By the way Where does your gate money from Friday Night go? FB budget General Athletic Fund?
