Cover 2 Combos

This defense is tougher to throw on than cover 3. This defense should be attacked vertically. Some options:
1. Fade route from quick game- this route is great vs. cover 2, but requires a lot of practice.
2. Smash roue- hitch/ corner route.
3. Stretch the safties with seam routes from the slots, then throw underneath them to the outside recivers running digs or ins underneath them.
4. 4 vertical- run one of the inside receivers on a post to split the safties.
5. Anytime your opponent gives you a 2 deep look, the numbers are favorable in the box to run the ball.
