I've read about Coach Lad @ De La Salle and his 49 week program, I'm interested if any of you have seen his or developed your own. Is it possible, for anyone that might have something like this, to share it with those of us that don't?
When you got your current HC position where did you start? I'm not up for a HC opportunity this year, but in the near future I would like to be prepared.
