Coaches,
You are all well aware of California's fiscal ineptness. In light of the financial mess our state is in there is going to be even more drastic cuts in the school budgets which means even less money for site specific sports programs.
What type of fundraising do you do? I'm interested in finding out the type of money it takes (year-to-year) to build and maintain a competitive program, not totally from scratch, but close to it.
In your opinions, what type of equipment (besides the basics) does it take? (i.e 7 man sled, juggs machine, tackling sleds, etc..)
