Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
From a Pro set, what are some Draw plays you like to run vs. a 4-4 and 50? Please be specific when it comes to who blocks who and how it's done(ie. folds, cross, etc.)
Coach I believe any draw plays should model your pass protection schemes as closely as possible. With this said, we always have our back check the first linebacker playside and the first uncovered lineman would slide protect away from the back. Our draw scheme would involve the same idea, but the lineman after the slide would pull and have the second linebacker playside. The FB would have the first LB playside. If it is single back then the lineman would pull up on the first LB playside(there should be one less defender in the box in single back. Hope this helps Coach ef
