Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
Lets say your Qb comes out of the huddle and see's a 5-3. Option on me has been called in the huddle. Which play does he check to and how is it blocked. The formation is Pro right SE,TE,FLANKER.
Coach, I've heard you talk about sloting the TE. Is he in the normal TE alignment and off the L.O.S. or do you split him out in your slot formation. By sloting your TE what is the adjustment by the "D" or advantage for the Offense are you seeking vs the 5-3. We here at J-E High School have all your tapes and manuals. They are awsome.

Coach Smart - Good to hear from you. By slotting the tight end it clears the read up for the Qb on the perimeter. This normally gives your QB the inside veer read or openside load. The tight end splits 6 yards from his tackle and is off the LOS. Also a good formation for moving your tight end around with what I call Tom Motion. Good situation for Option On Me. Coach CAmpbell
