This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
Coaches: We are a 4-2-5 defense and are thinking about adding some 3-3-5 stuff to our package as a change-up. We don't kow much about this front, but would like some basics. Can we do this. or is it too much??? Can anyone offer some ideas or suggestions? I would appreciate some basic info that would let me see whether or not we can do this.
I know many college teams run both. We feel like with the 3-3-5 defense, we can just about get into any look we want due to the flexibility of this defense. I am a firm believer that you are what you are and as soon as you start trying to do too much, you are not good at either.
Coach, We play with a big mike backer in the 33. We do a couple of things with a 4-2 also. We move our mike to a dt spot, move the dends to a 6, and the olb over the b gap. the other 5 play the 42 exactly like the 33.
Can someone please share the basics to the 3-3 Defense? We took over a program that went from winning to 5 games in 10 years to a 7-3 playoff team in our second season. We need a defense to take on the stronger teams to make the next jump. We have athletes but not the size to take on the next level teams. Please email me with the needed information or the places where I can get it.
