Could someone explain each play for me?
We run a sweep to the slot man in motion that we call FLASH. Is this the same as the Jet or Fly? We run a complete series of plays off of this action and it has been very effective for us, especially trap and veer (dive w/ veer blocking) to the 1 back. We are essentially a veer team out of I, split and spread formations.
