Is this the same as C4 with the corners man on the outside receivers, the safeties in double zone, with 2 in curl flat and one in udercoverage? If so then the backers or ends will have to walk out to cover your spread receivers. If they don't do this then the decision is easy and you throw to the uncovered receiver either directly or in some sort of combo to the uncovered side. If they do move folks out of the box then you have 4 defenders covering 6 gaps and I would try to bring someone in to the backfield and run inside until they adjust to one safety. I would like to hear what others would do. Thanks.
