Invert blitz vs 2 back gun?

Let's say I ran a zone/trap play and my QB got a pull read out of 2 backs. I was wondering vs an invert blitz to the speed option side is it difficult to get the pitch off? I realize it will be quick but is it dangerous? Has anyone dealt with this issue? I know that many of the teams we will be facing will present this to us. I plan on throwing uncovered to try and force the defenses to cover down but they may stem just before the snap to a blitz position. Any info. would be appreciated.
