I am introducing the Gun to our offense this year. Does anyone have any tips/drills they use to train their centers and QB's the shotgun exchange? Thanks
Seriously, make sure the center keeps his back flat and steps EVERY time he snaps. Don't let him turn around to see where the snap was. The QB or other center should show him where the snap was after he has completed the steps.
We have the center put the ball a little bit to the right of his stance. When he snaps, he locks his wrist and when his forearm hits his thigh, the ball comes out correctly. Center must keep his tail down and he must step every time.

Coach,
We just rep it a lot as well. I tell our center to just throw it back to the QB. When his forearm hits his leg he has gone far enough. It is not supposed to be a missle to the QB. As said earlier, make sure he steps everytime.
