Coaches,
I am new to this board and find it very rewarding to read all the football discussions. This brings me to my question. I am hopefully going back into coaching and was wondering if any one can send me info on installing the 3-3-5 defense. This means form the basics to the indepth, with drills and anything else that may help. I have never ran the defense or am not even sure if I have seen it run. All the DC's I have had the opportunity to work with have been 4-3 guys or 5-2 guys. Someday I would like to be a DC and wolud like to use the 3-3-5 from everything I am reading about it. Any help would be appreciated.
