Crossover with staff-3A level

Texas. Have 9 HS FB coaches and 4 MS Coaches. 4 on off and 5 on def. 13 total
8th grade and 9th Grade before school and 1st period on separate campuses. JV-V ath per is before lunch and 7th Grade is last period.

Here are the problems I have: HS is on accelerated block, which means we have 4 classes a day and ath per is one of those. HS coaches only get one ath per. Coordinators get two.So 3 of us will be in 9th ath per. 7 will be in var ath per.. 2 of the vars. position coaches will be on another campus with MS ath.. Appreciate any help!!
