here is my line on paper going into this year at a small 3a school in texas, tell me how these numbers look, compared to your program and others you know,,, yes yes i know numbers dont tell everything-last year i had a 5'9 245lb ot that could squat well over 600, bench 300, and deadlift 500, pc-245ish and couldnt hit a lick, but he was all we had , no explosion, no hips just didn't have it
