You spoke very highly of this at the clinic I was at but didn't get specific drills from you.

Coach the barrells are 55 gallon plastic industrial barrels. These barrells work perfectly for the pushes on the grass and because of the reduced weight of the barrells they tend to slide better. If the barrell tips over then thge oline is to high on the barrell if the barrell takes off and slides on contact with the barrell then the oline has positioned themselves correctly. Coach CAmpbell
