If so, what changes do you make in your defense for that game. Your input is greatly appreciated.

If they try to release downfield, have them jam them and keep outside contain.

This is probably a bit late, but coaching your d-linemen to follow any pulling offensive linemen...this leads them right to the play. It can also create probs with other pulling o-lineman... if your d-lineman follows the "first" puller he can end up clogging up the second and/or third o-lineman pulling.
