Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
We have been running the inside zone play with the QB from our empty look out of the gun. Oline has 6 to block 6. If they put 7 in the box we are throwing. From bunch we run the inside and fast zone plays.
coach, the qb draw is the best run play from nobacks especially if you have five wides. it works best when the frear your passing attack and decide to forget about the run game. another good play is qb sprint keep and another play is jet sweep from shot gun. northwestern and clemson used it last year. the would use it with 4 wide and a te and five wides. same mechanics as jet sweep from under center. shovel pass is a option run from nobacks. we run what is called shovel/bubble. we sprint to the bubble side and leave the end on blocked. end comes up field we shovel to the slot behind him. hard to explain. email me at dcwagner232yahoo.com and I can send you some stuff.

The shovel you are describing is enhanced if you line blocks like power. This way your backside slot has a lead blocker! Airman, I'm going to write soon, because you eem to have some really innovative ideas, and I'm interested in your stack stuff. We run the same type of attack, but use two RB's, a tweener TB and an H-back (TE/FB combo type). We use motions with the H-back to set the 1,5, since we can't duece a 3 and get to the Mike (we are too small). I've read all of coverdale's stuff, and use quite a bit, but some threads you have posted have me interested, since I am a true student of the game.
