Platoon practice schedules for one way players

Can anyone give me a sample practice schedule for platooning? This season our staff is looking at the possibility of playing most of our players one way and are trying to figure practice schedules to work. We are running into issues with how to go from individual and group time to team and also how to schedule practice for two-a days during camp. What do other teams do that we might be to useful and what unforeseen problems did other teams come across and how did they adjust.
