This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
I was reading the Attacking the 46 defense thread below and was wondering about something you posted about how you would attack the 46.
You stated that you should attack the 46 with an inside veer weak and a midline and load strong.
I drew the 46 up against a pro-I look and was wondering how you would run those plays?
The inside veer weak, the 5 tech is going to take the FB, playside LB is going to take QB and FS over the top will take the TB. The 46 has that play stopped for no gain if not a loss.
Midline strong would have the playside LB over the OT and the 3 tech taking the FB on dive, SS over the TE jams TE and then looks for QB as well as the 9 tech. FS over top to pitch.
Load strong would have the FB loading the 9 tech and the playside LB taking QB inside the load block and FS over top to pitch.

Coach the true 46 Bear defense draws up well with the triangle broken because of the middle backer so run in the inside veer. Anytime you have a 3 tech. as the bear defense gives you then run the midline the guard releasing inside has him, then just fold out with your tackle on the Sam and then run the tight end under neath tracking up uht field. With load option you always leave the 9 tech alone and read and option him. Coach CAmpbell
