Near Ear Rule Question?

Coach,

How would you block this defensive front using the near ear rule:

DE head on TE strong, DT's both head on OG's, Weak DE in a 5 tech weak.

Sam is head on strong OT at 4 yards, Mike is head on center at 4 yards and Will is head on weak OT at 4 yards.
