Define V of the neck.

Coach Golla, two things. Number one, I bought your videos last year, they were excellent, many thanks. Number two, I'm still confused. You responded with "top of the chest plate." To me that's in the front of the O lineman. Whereas my understanding is the V of the neck is where the shoulder meets the side of the neck. Sorry if I'm being dense, but could you please clarify. Thanks.

I saw on another post that you have warm up materials that a person might get a copy of. Do you still have this material and if so how do we go about getting it? Also i read that you have some cut up tapes, is it possible to get that material also?
