You need one ATHLETIC BACK PERIOD! I have heard coaches talk about North and South, East and West for years, in the end you need the back to get a first down or touchdown. I tell my backs that I trust their decision to cut back or stay on course. One play you might hit it N/S and the next might be E/W. In the end they have to turn N/S to score.
