Spread Formation

Coaches, we currently run as one of our empty sets a formation called "Maverick". The formation is ran from the gun with two receivers stacked on top of the #'s to both sides and the Maverick man splitting the stacked receivers and the offensive tackle. From this formation we run a series of 10-12 pass/run plays. Would like to discuss with other coaches what you run out of this formation if you have it in your offensive scheme.
