Our school recently got a move in that may make me rethink my offensive plans for next year. We've never had a true TE, (at least not one that was one of our best 11 players) but he could be the real deal. (Obviously, I've never seen him play so we'll have to wait and see.) If he does work out, I'd like to be able to change personel if we change formations...send in a TE to replace a WR for a Pro formation, a 3rd WR for the TE in Twins Open, or a 3rd running back for either the TE or WR. I'm not sure how to implement these changes into our current play calling procedures, though. Any ideas on how to make this work are appreciated.
