We have a few athletes that when are performing squats cannot get low enough. A couple is because there ankle (achilles) region is too tight. The others is because they have tight hips. Even when doing OL drills, and we work on hip level they can only go so far before they bend at the back. What are some basic stretches I can do with them to improve these 2 areas?
