Parent letter to all players, team meeting discussing weights to end of school and summer schedule. Interview assistants, get in principal's ear about any job postings to fill holes in your staff... paint the locker room a new color, playbooks, clothing ... it keeps going...

i suggest carrying around a pad and a pen and write everything that comes to mind as your day progresses... at the end of the day, organize the next days tasks... and keep making notes on progress..

I would also make sure your staff is on the same page also. Make sure before they want to change things that they first learn your way because you know what you want, you must have a plan for success. Loyalty is a key to all this. Coach Campbell
