Do you split them up as offense one session and defense the other or do you do individual work during one session and more team in the other session?

Defense 8:30-11:00 AM Offense 5:00-7:30 PM Conditioning 7:30-8:00 PM ALL PLAYERS MUST REPORT TO THE FIRST SESSION BY 8AM. ALL PLAYERS MUST REPORT TO THE SECOND SESSION BY 4:30 PM. I hope this helps.
