3 tech is outside shade on a guard, 1 tech is an inside shade on a guard (sometimes called a 2i)...
Inside Zone is a handoff to a running back going to b/c gap bubble in the defense, Outside zone is going wider. The zone scheme is to use combination blocks on the down lineman to the linebackers to create creases in the defense for cutbacks (Denver Broncos main running plays).
Power is usually a fullback kickout block on the defensive end. Lead is the where the linebacker to playside is blocked by fullback (iso as well)
however, I have found that some definitions vary by region of the United States you are from...
a great resource on definitions used on this website is Coach Campbell's Ultimate Offense Playbook...

there is a post on the numerical techniques in the offensive drills board...that should help...
otherwise, don't worry about asking if you need clarification. that is why the board is here. I find it humbling and awesome that we can learn so much here from some of the best this country has to offer in coaching knowledge.
Keep reading and asking, you will be a better coach for it.
