In addition to the 5-tech read, from a defensive read perspective, not many LB's are reading the OT pulling. They will see the OG and know where they need to be and will make calls that will help the play-side defenders, but they won't be making any calls when the OT pulls.

Another good play with the same "READ" capability is running POWER with the OT pulling as the lead blocker on the play-side LB, instead of the OG. Have PS OT block the man on, with PS OG and Center "ACE" combo the PS DT to BS LB, BS OG blocks man-on. This leaves the 5-tech that was on the pulling OT to read, for give/keep option.
