How about a topic section devoted to strictly motivational ideas. At our school, we are struggling mightily here with attitude. We have a good coaching staff, (been successful at other programs and proven coaches) but just not getting the corner turned here in second year. We have tried so many approaches and it just seems to keep getting bleaker. I know there is the chicken salad and chicken.... theory, but we are a staff that just doesn't let poor play roll off our backs. We have three games and realistically (I know this sounds horrible for a coach to say), we just can't compete with two of them. We are really looking for ideas for now and specifically for the off season.
