Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
In Coach Campbell's book on the "One" Back Offense, the routes for some of the drops are named/numbered, but some are not. How does a player (or coach for that matter) know what routes are supposed to be run for any given play? For example, in one of the plays, "51 x post", how do X, Y, Z, and H know what to do? Do the two numbers represent a combination of routes (pattern), or what? Maybe I missed the explanation in the book, but I've been through it a few time since I have bought it. Please help!
