What are the regulations in your states?

In Pennsylvania you can wear helmets and use bags all year round. You cannot use a sled or go more than helmets until the first official day (this year it's August 16th). Once that date occurs, you can do whatever you want. PA has very few rules about this. On August 16th we will be into the Oklahoma drill and the chutes.
