I have the video. There are many good drills he shows on tape. He goes through and breaks down different phases of each drop (1,3,5 step) shows drills to work on mobility in the pocket. He also goes through sprint out mechanics. There is a segment where he talks about leadership from the QB position. Overall I think it was one of the more usable tapes I have purchased.
