coach/coaches,

Im going to be a senior next year at Silverado. I will do just about anything to be one of the most feared corners in the high desert. I know it takes a lot of hard work like lifting,eating right, and most of all dedication.i was wondering if any coaches out there had any good tips for me to be dominate next year. Like drills i could do at home with my dad or some extra drills that i could possibly work on after practice each day. any advice anyone can give me would be much appreciated thanks a bunch!

He's currently with the Atlanta Falcons, but his videos when he was with Colorado are great drill videos.
